Directions to the Laurel Hill softball fields. (Note: Mapquest's directions have not been updated to show the improvements to Laurel
Hill Park. Accordingly, we are providing the additional directions
below).
Driving Directions:

From Route 3 Eastbound:
- After passing the Meadowlands Sports Complex, get into the right
lane as you approach the Hackensack River bridge.
- Take the MEADOWLANDS PARKWAY exit as you come over the bridge.
- At the bottom of the ramp, turn LEFT at the light onto Meadowlands
Parkway.
- Take Meadowlands Parkway through several sets of traffic lights and
past Harmon Cove Towers.
- A short way past the Towers, Meadowlands Parkway becomes CASTLE ROAD
as it makes a sharp 90-degree left turn.
- Take Castle Road until it ends at NEW COUNTY ROAD.
- Turn RIGHT onto NEW COUNTY ROAD and proceed approximately .5 miles into Laurel
Hill Park.
- The softball fields will be to your left (approximately .6 miles
into the park).
- From Route 3 Westbound (Manhattan / Lincoln Tunnel):
- Proceed westbound on I-495 -- merges onto Route 3 West.
- Take the MEADOWLANDS PARKWAY exit as you come over the bridge.
- Stay in the right lane on Route 3 and take the MEADOWLANDS PARKWAY
exit.
- Take the exit ramp under Route 3 and stay to the right as you
approach the first traffic light; you are now on Meadowlands Parkway.
- Take Meadowlands Parkway through several sets of traffic lights and
past Harmon Cove Towers.
- A short way past the Towers, Meadowlands Parkway becomes CASTLE ROAD
as it makes a sharp 90-degree left turn.
- Take Castle Road until it ends at NEW COUNTY ROAD.
- Turn RIGHT onto New County Road and proceed approximately .5 miles into Laurel
Hill Park.
- The softball fields will be to your left (approximately .6 miles
into the park).
- From New Jersey Turnpike - Exit 16W:
- After the tollbooth, bear RIGHT and follow signs for ROUTE 3 EAST /
SERVICE ROAD.
- From the service road merge left onto Route 3 and stay in the right
lane on Route 3.
- Follow the "Route 3 Eastbound" directions above,
starting with "Take the MEADOWLANDS PARKWAY exit as you come over the
bridge.
- From New Jersey Turnpike - Exit 16E (Exit 17 if going south on
Turnpike):

After the tollbooth, bear LEFT (RIGHT if exiting Exit 17) and follow signs for ROUTE 3 /
SECAUCUS.

Turn LEFT at the traffic light onto PATERSON PLANK ROAD.

Continue on PATERSON PLANK ROAD for approximately 1/4 mile.

Turn LEFT at the first left onto COUNTY AVENUE.

Continue on COUNTY AVENUE for 1.6 miles (past 3 lights).

Approximately 1/4 past the Secaucus Metro Diner, COUNTY AVENUE makes
a sharp left turn (becomes New County Avenue) and NEW COUNTY ROAD splits to the right.

Bear RIGHT onto NEW COUNTY ROAD.

Continue straight on NEW COUNTY ROAD (past Allied Junction Train
Station) approximately 1 mile to Laurel Hill Park.

The softball fields will be on your left (approximately .6 miles
into the park).
